Inside Sales Position
S&W Automotive Parts is looking for an upbeat, self motivated individual seeking a challenging career as an inside sales person. This position requires 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, a talented and competent team player, and experience helping both telephone and walk-in customers with parts purchases and problem solving. Proficient computer skills are required for communicating via email and processing customer transactions using industry-specific software. Immediate start date available.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside nine other sales people in a team environment
- Answering 100+ telephone calls per day
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills helping customers purchase car parts
- Assisting customers with (and without) issues
- Searching for new customers and turning them into great customers
- Reviewing and contacting customers that have become dormant
- Building great relationships with large accounts in metro Atlanta
- Well spoken English is required and Bilingual (in any language) is a plus
Compensation is base plus a percentage of sales. This position reports to the sales manager. Individual is held accountable to meet set goals on a weekly/monthly basis and there are additional incentives for individuals that reach $1,000,000 in sales per year. It's done every year by several of our sales people. Maybe 2012 is your year!
