	Meet the Owner

Thank you for stopping in at S & W Automotive Parts, Inc. web site. My name is Rick Sieg and I own S & W Automotive. We opened for business in February of 1996 with 5 employees and the concept of working everyday to be the best we can be, with our ultimate goal, to be the best in the industry. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and over 25 years business experience working at various levels of local and corporate management for a large heavy equipment parts company. Today we have well over 30 employees and run one of the largest recycling facilities in the south east. Over the years, we have realized that a business needs its employees as much as its customers so we take very good care of our employees and in return, they will take even better care of you,
our customer.

My office manager is also my daughter, Amber Carper. She has a business management degree from
Georgia Southern University. She takes care of all of the daily operations. Amber came on board in November of 2004. She worked as the Human Resources Manager for a well known Mortgage
Company in Marietta Georgia prior to taking the position here. She has helped expand our business
in many directions including our internet business.
She brings many fresh ideas and a welcoming attitude to the office every day.

My Yard and Dismantle Operations Manager is my dedicated son, Dustin Sieg. He has been with
S & W since August of 2002. He handles all the day to day operations of the yard. These activities include preparing cars for crush, crushing cars, moving inventory and supervising all the employees that work in the dismantle room and out in the yard. He is always willing to lend a hand and a smile.
