Warranties/Returns:

 S & W Automotive Parts hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional.  If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of invoice, S & W Automotive shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. 

 Parts not defective, which are returned for whatever reason, (e.g. ordered wrong year, wrong model, decided to total car, shop ordered wrong) are subject to a 25% restocking charge. 

 All returned parts MUST be accompanied by a sales receipt.

 No refund given after 30 days!

 Refunds will be on a company check UNLESS purchased the same day and less than $50.00.  If payment was made on a credit card, the refund will be put back on the credit card. 

$10.00 is the minimum return cost. 

 Exchange parts must be turned in at time of purchase or a core deposit will be made.  The core deposit will be refunded if exchange parts are bought in within 14 days of sales receipt. 

 The warranty will be void if the parts are not returned to us in the same condition in which they are sold or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all parts sold by S & W Automotive.  We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase.  All parts are guaranteed for stock installation only. 

Seller is nor responsible for or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages. 

Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error.   

 No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids or coolant.

No warranty or reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs in installing or reinstalling a part under any circumstances.

All sheet metal, glass, and body parts are sold AS IS.

Overheating voids all warranties.

S & W Automotive makes no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose.   Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of parts purchased for purposes intended. 

Special Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 A 50% cash deposit is required for orders where parts ,must be removed or orders from other sources.  These special order deposits are non-refundable. 

 Cash deposits are good for 14 days.

Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments.  Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control.

 ENGINE WARRANTIES

 Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or crankshaft.  Part external to the cylinder and the cylinder head(s). (I.e. carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warranted.  These are left on the engine for the installer’s convenience ONLY.  

Used engines are guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking and excessive oil consumption.

It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal inspect gaskets, and replace timing chain or belt if applicable prior to installation. 

All parts on the engine at the time of sale must be returned with the core engine for the core credit.

 ** ENGINE WARRANTY - 90 DAYS * GUARANTEED NOT TO SMOKE, KNOCK, OR USE EXCESSIVE OIL * DOES NOT COVER CARB, FUEL INJECTION COMPONENTS, FUEL   PUMP, WATER PUMP, DISTRIBUTOR, TIMING BELT/CHAIN COMPONENTS, OR ANY SEALS OR GASKETS - WARRANTY COVERS ENGINE ONLY!! * CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGING OIL, FILTER AND   SEALS BEFORE INSTALLATION * HEAT TABS SHALL NOT BE REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH OR   THIS COULD VOID THE WARRANTY * S & W IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR, TOWING OR   ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS**

 TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install a new filter (A.T> Only), broken front pump or improper installation voids all warranties.  It is recommended buyer replace front seal prior to installation.  If vehicle is equipped with a transmission cooler, the system must be flushed and cleaned or the warranty is void.

 ** ALL MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS HAVE A 30 DAY WARRANTY. FLUIDS AND SEALS MUST BE REPLACED, TO KEEP WARRANTY IN FORCE.   ELECTRICAL PARTS

 Electrical parts such as starters, alternators, computers and miscellaneous sensors are guaranteed to work properly for 30 days.  They are not guaranteed to solve your problem.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if the part is defective we will replace it with exactly the same part. 

 MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

MONEY WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO THE PURCHAE OF ANOTHER PART.

 COMPRESSOR

 ** ALL COMPRESSORS ARE WARRANTEED FOR 30 DAYS COMPRESSOR MUST BE INSTALLED BY CERTIFIED TECH AND THE SYSTEM MUST BE FLUSHED EXPANSION VALVE, DRYER OR ACCUMULATOR-HOWEVER EQUIPTED REPLACED SYSTEM MUST BE FLUSHED, EVACUATED AND RECHARGE WITH REFRIGERANT OIL & CORRECT FREON TO KEEP WARRANTY IN EFFECT - S & W AUTO PARTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR AND/OR FREON OR REFRIGERANT OIL USED IN INSTALLING THIS COMPRESSOR**
