Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of the parts purchased for your vehicle. We make no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose, and are not responsible for incidental or consequential losses due to your error.
Customers may return a defective part for a replacement or a refund if all requirements specified in our warranty details are met. All parts have a 30-day guarantee unless it is sold “AS IS”. All engines have a 90-day warranty.
Refunds are made with a company check and credit card purchases are credited back to the card used in the original transaction.
Parts that are returned, but are not defective, are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold, or don’t bear the identifying marks that appear on all parts sold by S&W.
Returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt. We are not responsible for any parts that have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or an accident subsequent to the parts purchase.
Sales on electrical parts such as starters, alternators, computers, and miscellaneous sensors are final. We will replace the defective electrical part, however refunds are not available.
Quality Parts Guarantee
We provide a free 30-day warranty on all parts purchased for personal or commercial vehicles and we provide a free 90-day warranty on used engines. This warranty is not available on engines purchased for a commercial vehicle.
If a problem is encountered with an engine or transmission after proper installation, we require notification PRIOR to removing the part. One of our technicians will travel to your location and verify the problem. If notification is not done before removal of the part, the guarantee will be voided. All parts on the engine at the time of the sale must be returned to qualify for a refund. The engine must be in the same condition as the day of the sale to qualify for a refund.
